Concrete work in Boise
Driveway, patio, walk or RV pad. Tell us the size and the town, and one local concrete contractor gets back to you.

Towns covered
We take requests from across the Treasure Valley: Boise, Garden City, Meridian, Eagle, Star and Kuna in Ada County, and Nampa and Caldwell in Canyon County. Street-side rules differ between the two counties, so the town you pick matters.
Common projects
- Driveways. New pours, widening for a third car, and tearing out cracked or heaved slabs.
- Patios. Extending small builder patios, plus stamped and colored finishes.
- RV and shop pads. Thicker slabs, often with steel, for heavy loads.
- Walks and steps. Front walks, side yards and short stair runs.
What affects the price
- Size and thickness. A pad for an RV needs more concrete than a patio of the same size.
- Tear-out. Breaking up and hauling old concrete adds labor.
- Base prep. Gravel, compaction and grading take time.
- Access. A long reach from the street can mean a pump truck.
- Finish. Broom finish costs least; stamped and colored costs more.
- Season. Cold-weather pours need extra steps.
Winter matters here
Boise freezes and thaws all winter, so ask for air-entrained concrete on outdoor slabs. It resists freeze damage better. source
Before you hire, check that the contractor is registered with the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (DOPL). Idaho requires contractor registration for most jobs over $2,000. source
How it works
- Describe the slab and where it goes.
- One contractor who works your part of the valley reviews it.
- They call or email to set up a look and a price.
